If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a replacement or exchange within 7 days of delivery. The request will be processed only if you provide the following:

  • Clear video and photos of the damaged product
  • Payment screenshot

We offer a 100% replacement including shipping charges. Your shipping cost will be refunded to your bank account within 4 business days, provided a valid shipping bill screenshot is submitted.
